SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We charge a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping and handling. Shipping for physical gift cards is $3.00. Free shipping on orders over $150 (before tax), the discount will be taken off at the checkout. All orders will be shipped out within two business days of ordering. If your package was marked as delivered by the mail service and not delivered, you must reach out within a week so we can take further action.
Local Pick-up
Orders with Local Pick-up typically take 1 business day to process. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are excluded from these processing and shipping times. Please consider this when selecting your “shipping/pick-up” method. You will receive an email within 24 hours when your order has been shipped or is ready to be picked up.
Please note that we will not be able to refund shipping charges if you do not choose local pick-up; your order will be shipped if local pick-up is not chosen. If your order(s) is not picked up within 30 business days from order date, it will be donated.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to the following funeral homes: Clinton, Fulton Ky. Please allow one business day to process the order (weekends and holidays do not apply). For same day delivery please call the store at 270-254-6140 to place your order.
RETURN POLICY:
We do not offer returns or refunds on plants, meat or other food items.
We accept returns for store/online credit or exchange when postmarked within 15 business days from the date you received your order. Original tags must be on new, unworn clothes or items.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or we cannot issue a refund.
Please include your receipt/proof of purchase in the return, otherwise it will not be accepted.
