This herbal tea was formulated to help lessen some menopausal symptoms, improve your mood, and help you relax.
Ingredients Include:
· Black Cohosh – May help to provide some relief from hot flashes, excessive sweating, mood changes and more.
· Valerian Root – A relaxant that may help with hot flashes and sleep.
· Ginkgo Biloba – May help improve mood, hot flashes and cognitive function.
· Fenugreek – May help with menopausal symptoms, particularly hot flashes and metabolic syndrome.
· Lemon Balm – A nervine that helps to soothe the nerves and calm the soul.
· Vitex – May help provide relief from breast tenderness and headaches. May also help to decrease irritability.
· Fennel – May help improve menopausal symptoms (specifically hot flashes)
· Red Clover – May help improve sleep and libido. Is high in many minerals.
· Red Raspberry - High in Calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and zinc, as well as vitamins A, B complex, C & E.
· Licorice Root - Anti-inflammatory and may reduce the duration of hot flashes.
*****Caution with Licorice Root is not for long term use without medical advice. Licorice root can elevate blood pressure, lower potassium and cause water retention. Not for those who have hypertension, kidney problems, diabetes or heart problems.*****
Each 1 oz bag should give you about 20-25 cups (8 oz) of herbal tea!

We charge a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping and handling. Shipping for physical gift cards is $3.00. Free shipping on orders over $150 (before tax), the discount will be taken off at the checkout. All orders will be shipped out within two business days of ordering. If your package was marked as delivered by the mail service and not delivered, you must reach out within a week so we can take further action.
Local Pick-up
Orders with Local Pick-up typically take 1 business day to process. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are excluded from these processing and shipping times. Please consider this when selecting your “shipping/pick-up” method. You will receive an email within 24 hours when your order has been shipped or is ready to be picked up.
Please note that we will not be able to refund shipping charges if you do not choose local pick-up; your order will be shipped if local pick-up is not chosen. If your order(s) is not picked up within 30 business days from order date, it will be donated.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to the following: Clinton, Fulton Ky, Union city, South Fulton and Martin TN. Please allow one business day to process the order (weekends and holidays do not apply). For same day delivery please call the store at 270-254-6140 to place your order.
RETURN POLICY:
We do not offer returns or refunds on plants, meat or other food items.
We accept returns for store/online credit or exchange when postmarked within 15 business days from the date you received your order. Original tags must be on new, unworn clothes or items.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or we cannot issue a refund.
Please include your receipt/proof of purchase in the return, otherwise it will not be accepted.
